Insurance and Billing
As a convenience to our patients with dental insurance, our office submits the charges to your insurance carrier at no extra cost to you.
Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company. It is your responsibility to know your coverage.
NO INSURANCE COMPANY COVERS ALL DENTAL COSTS. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge.
It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company. We do estimate the patient’s portion due in accordance with the information received by your insurance company. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. Please be aware this is only an estimate and an amount may be due after the insurance payment. I also understand that I am responsible for charges not paid by my insurance company and will be responsible for all costs of collections including, but not limited to interest, rebilling fees, court costs, attorney fees and collection agency costs.
We attempt to work with your insurance company to maximize your benefits to meet your dental needs. If we cannot answer your questions concerning your insurance coverage you may want to contact your insurance carrier or human resources personnel.

Payment Options
The payment policy at Western Slope Dental Center, P.C. is payment upon service.
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards.
We offer a no interest payment plan through CARE CREDIT, for qualified patients. Please feel free to ask our receptionists about this program or take one of the brochures available at our front desk.
